The Anger Management Group is an eight (8) or twelve (12) week, psycho-educational group for those who are: (1) Court
Ordered to Anger Management Counseling and/or (2) Who have difficulty channeling their anger in a safe, constructive, and healthy manner. The group is designed to stop aggressive and abusive behavior, and increase participant's awareness and usage of constructive, safe, and effective communication styles.
